We offer store credit, exchanges, free sizing, and fixes, but do not issue cash or credit card refunds. We also offer redesign services at $40/hour, and we’re happy to help you achieve your vision.
Summary:
- No refunds, only exchanges or store credit within 7 days.
- Items must be in unworn condition with tags.
- Buyer pays return shipping.
