Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note: Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time. We will contact you with details if this applies to your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer domestic and international shipping through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic (U.S.): Standard: 3–7 business days, Expedited: 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping typically ranges from $8–$15, depending on item weight and delivery speed.

International: Standard: 7–21 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs or local postal services. International shipping typically ranges from $30–$35, depending on item weight and delivery speed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Local Pickup (optional)
Local pickup is available at our Asheville, NC location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Royal Peasantry is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We’re happy to assist where we can.

Digital Products: We do not sell digital products. All our items are physical goods that require shipping.

Return Policy

We offer store credit, exchanges, free sizing, and fixes, but do not issue cash or credit card refunds. We also offer redesign services at $40/hour, and we’re happy to help you achieve your vision. 

Summary:

- No refunds, only exchanges or store credit within 7 days.

- Items must be in unworn condition with tags.

- Buyer pays return shipping.

Our retail and customer service experiences informed this policy. For issues, please contact us directly. If unsure about a purchase, wait, ask questions, and consider it. Especially since shipping has a significant environmental impact.

Additional details to exchange your item:

- Returned items must be in unworn/undamaged condition with the original tag included.

- If the customer chooses not to do an exchange on the spot, a credit may be issued in the form of a gift card or online coupon code (shipping not included).

- Tax is not included when calculating exchange credit.

- Exchanges MUST be made within 7 days of purchase.

- Buyer pays for return shipping.
